Biography
Who am I?
Hey, I’m Andrew.
My story with fitness started way before I ever became a personal trainer. Growing up, I was always active. I loved basketball, biking, handball, and anything that let me compete. But for most of my life, that competitiveness went into gaming.
For over a decade, I was deep into fps games like CS 1.6, CSS, CSGO, and Valorant. And honestly, those were some good times. But deep down, gaming became an escape for me. I used it to avoid school, fitness, responsibility, and even the people around me.
Eventually, I got tired of feeling stuck.
I quit gaming, quit nicotine, went back to school, and started taking my life seriously again. Around 2020, during COVID, I found myself coming back to fitness. At first, I had no idea what I was doing. I loved training, but I didn’t know how to train properly. I couldn’t afford a personal trainer, so I decided to educate myself and eventually became NASM certified.
Over time, I built systems that helped me change my body, rebuild my confidence, and stay consistent through different seasons of life. My goal is to help people train with intention and create a lifestyle that actually lasts.
I help men who feel like they lost themselves rebuild confidence through training, discipline, and structure.

After our free consultation, I will build you a custom program tailored to your fitness goals. From there, we do weekly check-ins, form reviews over video, and messaging for accountability between sessions.
This is perfect for you. I make sure to meet people exactly where they are and ensure you build all the proper habits and strength before progressing.
A gym membership would be best, as most of my programming requires full gym equipment — squat racks, barbells, benches, dumbbells, and cables.
A training split is a one-time program you follow on your own. Coaching is 1-on-1, where I make sure you're making progress and building the proper habits to reach your goals.
After buying a split, you'll receive an email with your program. It's a straightforward program where you'll learn the basics of strength training and conditioning.
